Questions

Before you pay a deposit.

These answers describe how this desk works. They are not a visa rule and not an offer from a university.

Do I need a counsellor if I can apply myself?

You can. Most students come to us when the short list is too long, a gap year needs explaining, or the visa funds and the university deadline are about to collide.

When should I start?

Nine to twelve months before the intake. Tests, transcripts, and referees take longer than the online form.

Are the fees on this site exact?

No. They are indicative bands for a first conversation. The offer letter is the only fee that counts.

Do you guarantee a visa?

No one honest does. We prepare the file the visa office asks for and tell you if the plan is weak before you pay a deposit.

Can you help with an education loan?

We map the cost and the documents lenders usually ask for. The loan itself is between you and the bank.

Is the first conversation free?

Yes. A profile assessment looks at your degree, budget, and intake. It is a conversation, not a contract.

How do I start studying abroad?

Book a free conversation, or use the course finder on the homepage. Bring your marks, the subject you want, and a budget. Nine to twelve months before the intake is a comfortable start.

Which countries can I explore?

The destination pages cover the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, France, and a wider directory. A country page does not mean every university there is a partner.

How do I select a university?

Start from the course and the budget, then the entry rules that have been checked. Partner universities are the ones this desk files directly. Directory listings are for comparison.

What qualifications do I need?

It depends on the course. A bachelor's is the usual start for a master's. The university page states a rule only when it has been checked. Otherwise a counsellor confirms it on your file.

Do I need IELTS?

Many universities ask for an English test. Some accept PTE, TOEFL, or a previous degree taught in English. Check the course, not a general rule.

Can I study abroad with average marks?

Sometimes, on a course and a campus that will read that profile. We will say when a university is unlikely before you pay a deposit. There is no promise of an offer.

How much does studying abroad cost?

Country pages show fee and living bands for a first conversation. The offer letter is the fee that counts. Living costs and visa funds change. We do not invent a total.

Can I get a scholarship?

You can apply for the named awards on the scholarships page if you meet their public rules. Nothing on this site guarantees funding.

When should I apply?

Usually nine to twelve months before you want to start. January and September are the busy UK intakes. The admissions page lists the steps, not a universal deadline.

Can Global University Village guarantee admission?

No. The university decides. We prepare the file and tell you if the plan is weak.

Can Global University Village guarantee a visa?

No. The immigration authority decides. We help you organise the papers the official page asks for.

Can I track my application?

Yes. After you send an enquiry you get a reference. Open Track a request with that reference and the same email, or sign in.

Can I apply to multiple universities?

Yes. A short list is normal. Each university still has its own deadline, fee, and documents.

How do I contact a counsellor?

Use the contact form, call +91 93108 57276, or WhatsApp the same number. The desk is open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00. Sunday is closed.

Is counselling free?

The first conversation is free. A written profile assessment is ₹4,900, and only if you ask for it. University and visa fees are paid to those institutions, not to us.

Ask the desk if your question is about your own marks.
