Germany: public universities, APS and the blocked account
Many German public universities charge little or no tuition. Students with Indian qualifications usually need an APS certificate, and the student visa needs proof of funds, normally a blocked account of €11,904 for the first year (€992 a month). Start early: APS takes time. Study in Germany
