Refund policy

If you pay ₹4,900 and the written short list has not been sent, ask for a refund from the same email, through the contact form, with the word “refund” and your reference. The desk returns the amount within 7 working days.

Once the written short list has been sent, the fee is for work already done and is not refunded. A later change of country or intake is a new conversation, not a new fee, unless you ask for another written assessment.

Online payment and an automatic receipt are not switched on yet. Until they are, the desk confirms any payment in writing before you transfer it. Do not send money to a personal account.

University and visa fees are not ours to refund. Read the terms.
