The curriculum feels familiar, which is why families pay more than they would in Kyrgyzstan. The MEC notice is the fee, not a counsellor’s message.

- August–September for the foreign quota, after NEET.
- Fees
- An Indian or foreign seat is often ₹40–60 lakh for the whole course. It is not the local Nepali fee.
- Living
- About ₹15,000–25,000 a month.
- Duration
- 4.5 years plus internship, close to the Indian pattern.
